The following provisions will apply in respect of the return of Products by the Customer to Computer Applications in accordance with clause 2 of the Customer Terms & Conditions: 1. Returns procedure 1.1 When returning Products for credit, Customers must contact Computer Applications's Returns Dept by e-mail, phone or fax to obtain an RA number. This RA number is valid for up to 14 days from the date of issue by Computer Applications. 1.2 The Customer must supply: a) the date of purchase of the Products and the Computer Applications invoice or serial number of the Products; and b) a valid purchase order number when requesting an RA number, so that the Customer’s Computer Applications trading account can be charged for the return. 1.3 Once the Returns Dept has identified the Product, the customer will be issued with an RA number with instruction on how to return the goods to our warehouse.This number must be used in all correspondence relating to the Product. 1.4 All inward freight will be the responsibility of the Customer. Computer Applications will not cover the cost of freight on returned Products and will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss suffered by the Customer. 1.5 Customers must return the Product to Computer Applications with the RA number clearly written on a label on the outside of the shipping carton. This number must not be directly written on the carton. If proof of purchase is required by Computer Applications, a copy of the Computer Applications sales invoice must be faxed to the RA Department before the RA number can be issued. Returns should be

1.6 If the RA number cannot be identified, or if the returned Product does not match the RA paperwork issued by Computer Applications in terms of either quantity or Computer Applications Product number, Computer Applications may reject the returned Product at the Computer Applications Warehouse and return it to the Customer, at the Customer's expense. 2. Products sold on a `No Returns Basis' 2.1. Computer Applications is entitled to supply certain Products on a 'No Returns Basis'. 2.2. The expression 'No Returns Basis' means that Computer Applications will not accept returns on No Fault Products. 2.3. The Customer should refer to the Computer Applications electronic product catalogue available on Computer Applications for details of products which are sold on a No Returns Basis. 2.4. To the extent permitted by law, Computer Applications reserves the right to apply the No Returns Basis policy to any promotional or sale product(s) as it deems necessary. Computer Applications will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure such Products are clearly advertised and promoted as being sold only on a No Returns Basis.
